Website Privacy Policy

This website is built to be read, not to track you. Here is exactly what happens to your information when you visit, call, or email us.

What this policy covers

This policy covers the Skypoint Recovery website. It explains what information the website handles and how.

If you become a client, your treatment records are protected health information. They are governed by our HIPAA notice, not by this policy.

What we collect

This is a static website. It has no forms, no accounts, and no sign-ups, so it does not ask you for any personal information.

We do not collect personal information about you unless you choose to contact us by phone or email. If you do, we receive what you choose to share, such as your name, phone number, email address, and the reason you are reaching out.

What we do not do

We keep this website simple on purpose. Looking for help with substance use or mental health is personal, and you should be able to read about treatment without being followed around the internet.

  • We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information.
  • The website sets no cookies of its own.
  • We run no analytics, advertising, or retargeting trackers.
  • We do not build profiles of visitors or share browsing activity with advertisers.

Server logs

Our website is hosted by Amazon Web Services (AWS). Like nearly every web host, AWS keeps standard server access logs when a page is requested. A log entry includes the IP address of the request, the page requested, the browser user agent (the type of browser and device), and the time.

These logs are used only for security and to keep the website running properly, for example to investigate errors or abuse. They are retained for 90 days and then deleted.

Third-party content and links

The website footer shows a LegitScript certification seal. The seal image is loaded from LegitScript’s servers, so when a page loads, your browser makes a standard image request to LegitScript. That request includes your IP address and browser details, as any request for an image on the web does. LegitScript’s handling of that information is governed by its own privacy policy.

Some pages link to other websites, such as insurance or government sites. When you follow a link off this website, the other site’s privacy policy applies, and we do not control what it collects.

Contacting us by email or phone

When you call or email us, we use what you share to respond to you, answer your questions, verify insurance if you ask us to, and help you take the next step toward care. We treat these conversations as confidential.

Email is convenient, but it is not always a private channel. If you prefer not to send medical details by email, call our admissions team instead and we can talk it through by phone.

Children’s privacy

This website is not directed to children under 13, and it does not collect personal information from anyone through the website itself. If you are a parent or guardian looking for help for a young person, please call us to talk about options.

Changes to this policy

If the way the website handles information changes, for example if we add a contact form, we will update this policy before the change takes effect. The current version will always be posted on this page.
